End of an era for Styles Street

Sadly, Debbie has decided to tender her resignation in order to take up another Director’s position at a centre closer to home allowing her to better support her family, and her son as he transitions to big school.

We’re sure you all agree that Debbie’s decision to move on will have a big impact at Styles Street given the huge contribution she has made to the Styles Street community in her fourteen years at the centre.

We all wish Debbie the very best success for whatever the future holds, the centre sincerely appreciates her service over the years, especially to the children who have attended the centre during Debbie’s tenure.

Debbie’s last day will be 8 April 2016. We will be in touch in the near future about farewell arrangements for Debbie to give everyone a chance to celebrate Debbie’s contribution and say goodbye.

The way forward

The executive and staffing committee have already met and a process has begun to find an interim director to ensure continuity of service while we recruit for a permanent director. We will keep you up to date as this progresses.

We know that the Styles Street parents and educators will rally and support each other during this transition period and we thank you in advance for your support and understanding.
