Our centre values the feedback of educators, staff, families and the wider community in helping to create a service that meets the regulation and the needs of enrolled children and their families.

We encourage open communication through opportunities to respond and to provide feedback on the program. A component of this feedback is the ability to put forward feedback, complaints or suggestions and have this managed appropriately with due consideration for accountability and quality improvement.

Please talk to the staff or supervisor if you feel comfortable doing so. They will help document your feedback on a form.

You may use the online form below to have your feedback sent to the president of the management committee — or just email the committee directly.

If you’d prefer your feedback to be anonymous, you can download a PDF Feedback form or fill in a printed form at the centre and either hand it to a member of staff or post it in the fees box at the centre.
